We are a Corporate Authorised Representative of RHHM Pty Ltd who is an AFSL holder. RHHM Pty Ltd and Aegis Investment Group Pty Ltd have agreements in place to support the effective and compliant management of the activities of the fund.
We are a local Canberra fund, focusing only on real estate and business in Canberra. Our existing connections within the market, and our intimate knowledge of the market, allows us to have a competitive advantage to others when operating within the ACT.
We leverage our local connections and experience to locate, acquire, add value and divest property for the benefit of our closed group of investors. Each property has its own separate legal entity and trust, with tailored investment strategies for each disclosed in the original acquisition statement and investment memorandum.
Meet the Team
Nathan Dascarolis
Nathan is a founding director of Aegis Investment Group and Aegis (4 Mort) Pty Ltd.
Nathan has worked in finance and consulting roles throughout his career and spent time with PricewaterhouseCooers, Deloitte. Nathan has provided advice to Commonwealth and State Governments regarding the management of their property portfolios throughout his career, as well as providing audit services for over 20 Commonwealth and State Government agencies.
For the past 5 years, Nathan has worked as CFO (a/g), Head of Finance and Corporate Services, and Head of Strategy for Defence Housing Australia, and organisation with close to 18,000 properties in its portfolio worth over $12bn, recurring revenues of $600m and development pipelines of 1,000+ homes.
Nathan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.

Peter Dascarolis
Peter is a founding director of Aegis Investment Group and Aegis (4 Mort) Pty Ltd.
Peter has worked as a commercial property lawyer throughout his career and in firms including Blake Dawson and Ashurst. During this time, Peter acted for institutional and corporate clients across commercial and property matters.
For the past 10 years, Peter has been a founding partner of Terracon Legal. Peter has acted on behalf of both buyers and sellers for some of Canberra’s largest property transactions across residential, commercial and industrial portfolios. Peter has overseen transactions valued at over $2bn in aggregate during his career.
Peter served as Director of the Hellenic Club of Canberra and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (first class Hons) from the Australian National University.
Peter has been actively involved in acquiring, leasing, developing and divesting commercial and residential real estate in Canberra for over 10 years personally and in smaller syndicates.
